Every project manager and employee has stop-work empowerment, which means that they can refuse to do anything they deem unsafe. The same standards apply to our subcontractors and vendors.

To accord quality the high priority it deserves, we have a dedicated Quality Manager for every project whose job is to ensure that we continuously improve our performance. The Quality Manager tracks, reports on and drives behaviors like getting things right the first time, identifying and resolving quality issues quickly, and mitigating project risks. Every project that we deliver will have to meet the stringent internal quality standards before we flag it off for client inspection.
